VERSE 1
I used to say I loved the Lord
I thought that God was everything to me
Until I found this Scripture that says it all to me
If you love the Lord you’ll keep His commandments
If you really love the Lord, you’ll do what He tells you
If you really love the Lord, you will marry Him, give yourself to Him
But that’s not what I do, oh no
I wanna change something now
He that hath my commandments
He that keeps my commandments
He it is that loves me
Do you love the Lord?
He that hath my commandments
He that keeps my commandments
He it is that loves me
Do you love the Lord?
Do you really love the Lord?
Do you give yourself to Him to do His mysterious will?
Do you trust Him for everything?
Do you wanna get to Heaven and find out the Bible is so true?
Because the greatest commandment is to love the Lord your God, yeah
It is the greatest commandment
There’s no greater good than to love the Lord
And you will find out that it is so true
More than anything else in the world
He that hath my commandments
He that keeps my commandments
He it is that loves me
Do you love the Lord?
He that hath my commandments
He that keeps my commandments
He it is that loves me
Do you love the Lord?
INTERLUDE
VERSE 3
Do you remember what Jesus, Jesus said to us?
INTERLUDE
If a man loves me he’ll keep my words
And my Father will love Him
And we’ll come into him
And make our abode with him
He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings
He that loveth me shall be loved of my Father
And I will love him, and will manifest myself
Manifest myself to him- Ooh
He that hath my commandments
He it is that loves me
Do you love the Lord?
He that hath my commandments
He that keeps my commandments
He it is that loves me
Do you love the Lord?
He that hath my commandments
He that keeps my commandments
He it is that loves me
Do you love the Lord?
He that hath my commandments
He that keeps my commandments
He it is that loves me
Do you love the Lord?
BRIDGE
If you love the Lord, you will go where He tells you
If you love the Lord, you will do what He tells you
If you love the Lord, you will give yourself to Him
There is no greater thing to do than to love the Lord
He that hath my commandments
He that keeps my commandments
He it is that loves me
Do you love the Lord?
He that hath my commandments
He that keeps my commandments
He it is that really loves me
Tell me, do you love the Lord?
He that hath my commandments
